Kinoro Tea Factory, built and commissioned in 1984, is located in Igoji, Meru County, approximately 198 kilometers from Nairobi town. The factory serves more than 7, 352 smallholder tea farmers, who cultivate tea on the slopes of Mt. Kenya. On average, Kinoro Tea Factory has over 13,177,805 tea bushes.
